Joe’s journey began with a simple but meaningful gift: his first pair of clippers from his mentor,  Tommy. With those clippers in hand, he spent countless hours practicing on friends and family,  refining his technique and developing the attention to detail that has since become his  signature. By 2016, he was confident enough to begin building his career on his own.  

Behind Joe’s success is a mentorship that helped shape not only his skills but also his vision.  Tommy invested in him every step of the way — demonstrating techniques in person, working  one-on-one to perfect the fundamentals, and even sending instructional videos for Joe to study  between sessions. That dedication laid the foundation for the barber Joe is today.
