Saturdays through November 21, 8 a.m.-Noon. Collingswood Farmers Market. For 27 years, the Collingswood Farmers’ Market has connected the community with fresh, locally grown food while supporting area farmers, vendors and small businesses. Held rain or shine every Saturday from May through the Saturday before Thanksgiving, the market features produce, meats, flowers, coffee, breakfast fare, live music and more. Shoppers can visit beneath the PATCO High Speedline between Collings and Irvin avenues.
Saturday, October 3, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. 24th Annual Collingswood Book Fair. The 24th annual Collingswood Book Festival returns, bringing nationally recognized authors, booksellers, storytellers, poets and performers to more than six blocks of Haddon Avenue. The free festival celebrates literacy with author appearances, readings, workshops, exhibitors and activities for readers and writers of all ages.
Saturday, October 10, 4 p.m.-8 p.m. Second Saturday: Boos + Brews. October 10: Boos + Brews. Our fan-favorite Halloween event returns with a spooky twist: beer, outdoor movie, candy, and festive fun throughout the downtown.
Saturday, October 17, 1 p.m.-9 p.m. 11th Annual Music Festival. Haddon Township will host its 11th Annual Music Festival along Haddon Avenue (between Strawbridge Ave. and Cooper St.), featuring a diverse lineup of live music across two stages. The free festival will also include food trucks, local artisans, beer gardens, a kids zone and a 70-foot Ferris wheel, all within walking distance of the Westmont PATCO station.
Saturday, October 17, 5:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. Howl-O-Ween Pup Parade, Costume Contest, and Donation Drive. The Collingswood Civic Collective will host its Howl-O-Ween event in the Courtyard of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church (839 Haddon Ave.), featuring tricks, treats and plenty of Halloween fun for dogs and their humans. Attendees can dress up their pups and join the festivities or simply enjoy the costumed canines from the sidelines.
Wednesday, October 21, 7 p.m. Collingswood Town Forum. Scottish Rite Ballroom. The Collingswood Commission Town Forums provide a valuable opportunity for Borough representatives and community members to share ideas about Collingswood. These forums also allow residents to express specific concerns or issues impacting your neighborhood in an informal and comfortable setting.
Saturday, October 24, 2 p.m.-10 p.m. Brews & Boos Crawl-O-Ween. Haddon Township’s 21-and-over crawl will bring Halloween fun to participating bars and restaurants with food and drink specials, costumes and free jitney service. The pay-as-you-go event requires no tickets or cover charges, with the jitney stopping at all participating locations and the Westmont PATCO station.
Thursday, November 19, 4 p.m.-8 p.m. Give Thanks Market. 51 Haddon Ave, Haddon Township. The Fresh Evening Market will offer ideal fresh & creative products from local businesses for your holiday needs. Enjoy a family fun Thursday evening of local shopping, great DJ music, local eats, drinks, and so much more!
Friday, December 4, 7 p.m. Holiday on Haddon. Haddon Township will welcome Santa with its annual “Holiday on Haddon” celebration, beginning with the Parade of Lights at 7 p.m. along Haddon Avenue. The festivities continue with the township tree lighting, refreshments at Westmont Fire Company No. 1 and a chance for children to visit with Santa. Attendees are also encouraged to bring unwrapped toys and nonperishable food items for the Annual Holiday Toy Drive.
Saturday, December 5, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Winterfest Market on the Square. Haddon Township’s 10th Annual Winterfest Market is scheduled at Haddon Square, located at 51 Haddon Ave, Haddon Township, NJ. This family-friendly event features a curated maker market, local food vendors, a beer garden and free photos with Santa.
