At NDA Medical Spa in Moorestown, “health” and “wellness” are more than buzzwords — they are the foundation of a comprehensive approach to helping people live their best lives, while pursuing longevity.
For the past four-and-a-half years, co-owners and co-founders Noelle Brown Diamond, a registered dietitian, and her husband, Stuart M. Diamond, MD, FACS, CLP, a respected urologist and certified longevity physician, have worked together to deliver highly personalized, interdisciplinary care in a welcoming and beautifully designed setting.
What began as a destination for aesthetic treatments such as Botox, laser services, body contouring, and weight loss has evolved into something much bigger.
Today, NDA Medical Spa is increasingly focused on regenerative medicine, disease prevention, and helping patients extend not only their lifespan but also their quality of life.
“While we still offer injectables, lasers, body contouring, peptides, GLPs, and supplements, we’re really embracing an inside-out approach,” Noelle explained.
That approach includes hormone optimization, advanced diagnostic testing, and personalized wellness plans designed to uncover potential health concerns before the actual symptoms appear.
One of the most innovative offerings is comprehensive DNA testing combined with full-body preventative Pernuvo MRI screening.
“We can look at everything from a woman’s brain and breast tissue to her ovaries and other organs,” Noelle said. “It’s a great starting point for preventative care.”
For Noelle, the focus extends far beyond aesthetics. “We’re really concentrating on regenerative medicine — preventing disease before it starts, identifying root causes, and helping people live well for longer,” she said.

Inside Moorestown’s NDA Medical Spa, prevention, regenerative medicine, and personalized care are redefining what it means to age well. “We want to help people solve problems so they can feel better, have more energy, and show up fully for the people they love,” said co-owner and co-founder Noelle Brown Diamond, who described the spa as having “an inside-out approach.”
That philosophy resonates with patients seeking more than quick fixes. Instead of relying on social media trends or one-size-fits-all wellness advice, NDA Medical Spa uses data-driven testing to create customized plans based on each patient’s unique biology.
“We give clients measurable metrics,” Noelle said. “Whether you’re taking collagen, colostrum, supplements, or making dietary changes, we can track improvement and show what’s actually working.”
Genetic testing can reveal valuable insights, including whether a patient may benefit from avoiding dairy, which supplements may be most effective, and what dietary patterns best support their individual makeup.
“Your genetics don’t change,” she said. “Once you have that information, it becomes a roadmap for making smarter health decisions.”
NDA Medical Spa’s holistic model combines expertise from multiple disciplines under one roof. Patients appreciate the highly personalized attention and accessibility that have become hallmarks of the practice.
“We’re a close-knit community,” Noelle said. “Many of our patients have my cell phone number because we want them to feel supported.”
Most patients seeking aesthetic treatments are women between the ages of 40 and 60, but the practice also offers an intimate and sexual wellness division that serves both men and women.
A significant part of that division is led by Stuart, who performs advanced penile implant procedures and specializes in helping patients improve both physical function and self-confidence.
Stuart graduated from Albany Medical College in 1992 and completed a fellowship in Urologic Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in 1998.
In addition to his extensive medical credentials, Stuart earned certification in longevity medicine and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in longevity through the Geneva College of Longevity Science.
“What I enjoy most about practicing medicine is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life,” Stuart said.
“Whether I’m helping a patient overcome a urologic condition, optimize hormonal health, or improve long-term health span and longevity,” he added. “I enjoy combining science, technology, and personal connection to help people feel and function at their best.”
More than three decades into his career, that mission continues to inspire him. “Medicine is one of the few professions where you can truly change the trajectory of a person’s life,” Stuart said. “After more than 30 years in practice, that remains the most rewarding part of what I do.”
The growing public interest in healthier lifestyles, preventative care, and longevity medicine has increased demand for the services NDA Medical Spa provides.
Patients are no longer waiting until problems arise. Instead, they are seeking proactive strategies to optimize health, energy levels, appearance, and overall well-being.
“We want to help people solve problems so they can feel better, have more energy, and show up fully for the people they love,” said Noelle.
For prospective patients who may feel overwhelmed by the growing number of wellness options available today, Noelle recommends starting with a consultation.
“A lot of our new patients tell me, ‘I just don’t look or feel like myself anymore. Where do I start?’” she explained.
That conversation becomes the foundation for a customized plan tailored to the individual’s goals, concerns, and health profile.
Hormone Replacement Therapy, which she highly recommends for patients for whom it is appropriate, is another area where Noelle believes misinformation often prevents people from seeking help.
She has seen firsthand how hormone imbalances can affect energy, mood, relationships, and the overall quality of life. “This is often the time (between 35 and 50) when women need to prioritize themselves,” she said. “When you take care of yourself, you’re always better able to take care of others.”
Noelle and Stuart chose Moorestown as both the home for their practice and their family after previously living in Mount Laurel. They were drawn to the town’s welcoming atmosphere and strong sense of community. “We loved the small-town feel,” Noelle said.
Today, that same sense of connection influences the culture of NDA Medical Spa. Patients are treated like individuals, not numbers, and relationships often extend far beyond office visits.
Another common misconception, Noelle noted, is that aesthetic treatments automatically produce an artificial appearance.
“Many people worry they will look fake,” she said. “That might happen at other practices, but not here. We are well-known for our ability to execute undetectable enhancements that leave the patient looking refreshed and the best version of themselves.”
Instead, the team focuses on enhancing each patient’s natural beauty while helping them feel healthier and more confident.
“We want every patient to leave with our stamp of approval. Our patients often tell us they came in hoping to look better, but left feeling better than they have in years,” Noelle said.
“By addressing the root causes of aging, hormonal imbalance, and wellness concerns,” she said, “we help them achieve results they never knew were within reach!”
