Event Vendor Registration

Terms:
- Vendor will be charged the above amount to reserve their space at the event upon completion of this contract. Contract and payment must be receive 10 days prior to the event of choice.
- Vendor will receive a table and two chairs at the event and a 10’x10’ space. If a vendor requires more table space, they must provide their own additional tables.
- Vendor must have their booth set up prior to the event start time. Vendor must keep their booth space clean throughout the event.
- Vendor cannot begin to close down their booth space until the end of the event.
- Donnelly.Media/Packet Media will provide vendor with day-of event details prior to the event. Vendor must follow all COVID-19 protocols as specified by the state of New Jersey at the time of the event; this will be addressed in the day-of logistics.. Failure to comply will result in termination of this contract.
- Refunds: Vendors who provide at least seven (7) days notice may be provided a full refund for the investment. Vendors who provide less than a seven days notice and more than 24 hours notice will be provided a 50% refund. Vendors who provide less than 24 hours notice will not be entitled to a refund. Vendors who attend the event will not be entitled to a refund from Donnelly.Media/Packet Media.
