Meet the Team

Date:

From the very first phone call, our team is committed to creating a warm, welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient. Our front desk team is here to help guide you through scheduling, insurance and any questions you may have, ensuring you feel valued and cared for before you even walk through our doors.

Once you arrive, the main focus of our dental assistants and hygienist is to provide thorough, personalized care in a calm and supportive environment. We take the time to listen to your concerns, explain every step of your treatment, and make your comfort our priority throughout your visit.

They are highly educated in the values that are the foundation of our practice, which focuses on functional dentistry and finding the root cause. Our hygienists focus on gentle, comprehensive care while educating patients on achieving long term oral health. Our dental assistants help create a seamless and relaxing experience, making sure every procedure is efficient, comfortable and stress free.

As a team, we believe dentistry should feel compassionate, thorough, and reassuring from start to finish. From your first interaction with our front desk staff until the moment you leave your appointment. Our goal is for every patient to feel cared for, respected, and confident in their smile. Meet the team:

Cheryl, Hygienist

With decades of experience as a dental hygienist, Cheryl combines a high level of comprehensive knowledge to always deliver great patient care.

Joellene, Office Manager

For nearly 25 years, Joellene has been a dedicated part of Dr. Crescenzo’s dental practice. Starting as a dental assistant and growing into the role of office manager, she has built lasting relationships with patients and takes pride in helping the office feel welcoming and caring for everyone that walks through the door. Outside of the office, she enjoys time with her husband, Sam, and their two daughters, Alexis and Arianna.

Jennifer, Certified Dental Assistant

With 15 years of experience as a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), Jen is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, relaxed, and cared for during their dental visits. Jen takes great pride in her work and enjoys building lasting relationships with patients while providing quality care. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her family and stays busy as a proud mom of five.

Taylor, Dental Assistant

Taylor brings bright, positive energy to the office everyday. Over the past four years, she has developed her skills as a dental assistant under Dr. Crescenzo. She works closely with the doctors to assist in all procedures while helping patients feel at ease. Taylor enjoys connecting with patients, answering their questions, and making each visit as comfortable and stress free as possible. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her boyfriend, Max.

Suzanne, Hygienist

Suzanne is a member of our hygiene team but most patients know her as Suzie. That’s because Dr. Dave has been her dentist since she was a young girl and he always called her Suzie. She has always loved coming to her dental visits because of his infectious personality and skill. He inspired her to enter the dental field as a dental assistant in 2005 and of course she wanted to work for Dr. Dave. After 7.5 years of learning from him, she decided to further her education and became a dental hygienist in 2013. Suzie finally came back “home” as a hygienist in our practice in 2024. She loves this profession and aspires to make a genuine difference in her patients overall health. Outside of being a hygienist, she is blessed to enjoy spending time with her husband, Kyle, and their son, Max.

Karina, Front Desk Coordinator

Karina is the newest member of our team! Karina started her dental career in 2022. After spending a brief time on the clinical side of the field she realized she preferred the face to face interaction with patients and made the decision to return to an administrative position. Karina is dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming environment from the first phone call to the final checkout ensuring every patient feels well cared for. In her spare time, she enjoys taking her dog, Ziggy, for walks and cheering on the Flyers.
