Hello 08037! Who else is tired of this cold weather? Although I do love the beauty of the snow, I could do without the below freezing temperatures! I am excited for you to check out our Winter edition magazine dedicated to the lifestyle and community of Hammonton.

We start our issue at Hammonton Family Success Center, a community-based, family-centered neighborhood gathering place where any community resident can go for family support, information and services, according to its website. “Services include family friendly activities to create a happy home, including baking, food nights, home schooling, toddler groups, resources and referrals for economic assistance – home energy, food stamps, tax applications, senior citizen support, jobs,” explained Tricia Donio, MSW, director of the Hammonton Family Success Center and AtlantiCare Afterschool Program. “All of this is free.” Find out more starting on page 6.

Next we visit Center for Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry where Dr. David Crescenzo and his fellow colleagues – Dr. Joe Montalbano and Dr. John Vitello – make sure every visit, they treat you like your mother. “These guys are family guys and we all kind of have the same philosophy, the bottom line is if you treat everyone as if they were your mother, you’re going to take time and cost out of it and you’re always going to do the best thing for them,” said Crescenzo, who is second generation in the practice following in the footsteps of his father Donald, who started his practice in 1960 at their home. “It’s really not a typical dental office, yes it is general dentistry, but it’s comprehensive related to overall wellness and overall health, making overall health better. Connecting dots between medicine and dentistry because all of it is related.” Check them out starting on page 12.

Also included in our Winter edition magazine: A look at Antiques Week in Downtown Hammonton and more on page 19; Hammonton Happenings on page 22 and hear what our neighbors have to say when asked “Do you prefer penguin or polar bear?” on page 2.

All of this and more awaits on the pages ahead!
Enjoy!
